I thought that Dr. Akens was a really nice & sincere person. He seemed like he actually cared about me, which is something you wouldn't normally hear me say, about anyone really. I truly believe that he will make a well performance in 2 weeks. Then, he's going to extract 2 teeth. I'm not worried at all. Overall, the staff was even extremely helpful.

My experience there with Dr. Pickett and his staff was way more than I expected. I have an anxiety when I go to any dentist. Dr. Pickett came highly recommended as an oral surgeon...and that recommendation was 100% correct. He and his assistants calmed my anxieties and when they told me he was done, I was amazed. His bedside manner rates high. Thank you Dr. Kelso was sending me there. I'm doing good 4 days later. No complaints at all.

I had a sucessful visit at Picket Oral Surgery. The front desk staff was welcoming and helped me soon after I arrived. I did not have an extensive wait for the assistant to come and take me back to the procedure room. The only suggestion I would make is that the assistant always ask if you need to stop at the rest room before taking you to the procedure room. Not a big thing, but is something many Dr.βs offices routinely do. My procedure went well and the Dr. was very informative about what he was going to do. He answered every question that I asked. I definitely would choose them again if I find other dental procedures necessary.

My experience was amazing. Dr Pickett is the only oral surgeon I will see, heβs amazing, professional & beyond knowledgeable. Iβve seen him multiple times, and Iβm never nervous & I totally know that I will receive the absolute best care. I would & have recommended him to anyone. I have been a nurse for over twenty years. Being a nurse I am extremely particular & I canβt give Dr. Pickett enough praise.

I was a work-in following an appointment at a local Endodontist for a root canal. Upon learning that the root canal was unlikely to be successful, extraction was the only option. The staff fit me in the schedule. They were very helpful and gracious throughout my visit. They were timely and efficient. Dr. Pickett was welcoming and respectful and mindful of my comfort throughout the extraction. He was able to remove the problem tooth much quicker than I anticipated and had me out the door with minimal discomfort. Very much appreciated the way they operated and the respect with which everyone treated me.
